1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • A return was specifically requested and approved by our support team.

⚠️ Please note: Returns for “change of mind” or “no longer wanted” are not accepted.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days from shipment, you are eligible to request a refund.

2. When Refunds or Replacements Are Offered

We gladly offer a refund or free replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the promised timeframe.

3. What Is Not Eligible

We cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • Change of mind or deciding you no longer want the item.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Orders that are still within the estimated delivery timeframe (4–9 business days).
  • The issue is a minor color/size variation that was shown in the product listing, unless it affects function.
